Study On The Coupling Development Between Entrepreneurship Of Returning Migrant Workers And New Urbanization Construction

In recent years,with the development of China’s economy into the stage of "New Normal",coupled with the state vigorously promote the "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation",the flow trend of labor force between the urban and rural areas gradually change from a single migrant laborers to the hometown-returning investment.And the trend is in growing.The trend of entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers,stems from the a logical choice for the development of migrant workers themselves,while it lets the market,capital,information,technology,management,human resources,ideas and other aspects of linkage between urban and rural areas.This trend is not only conducive to the realization of their own value,but also conducive to the prosperity of the county economy and promote the integration of urban and rural development.The new urbanization has always been regarded as an important way to promote the sustained and healthy development of China’s economy.It emphasizes the coordinated development of large medium and small cities,small towns and new rural communities,and focuses on urban and rural integration.Its core is "people’s urbanization".To some extent,there is a cross between home business migrant workers and the builders,settlers of the new urbanization.Simultaneously,the new urbanization construction can bring more opportunities and provide a larger platform for returning migrant workers,which further promote migrant workers return home to run business.They seem to be parallel isolated,but in fact its relation is blend,interaction and symbiosis.In December 2015,Development and Reform Commission and other 10 departments jointly issued a notice on the "Combined with the new urbanization support for migrant workers and other personnel to return home business pilot work ".Made it clearly that it will combine the new urbanization to develop support for migrant workers and other personnel returning business.This shows that the government in theory give the fully affirmed on the coupling relationship between entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers and new urbanization.At the same time,it vigorously promotes the coupling development of migrant workers return home business and new urbanization in practicely.However,the current academic researches on entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers and new urbanization remain at the level of isolation analysis,lack of research on the coupling relaotionship.Based on this,this paper will focus on finding a benign match point between entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers and the construction of new urbanization.The author will analyze the coupling mechanism of migrant workers return home business and new urbanization construction.By strengthening the research on the problem of migrant workers return home business and new urbanization construction,clarifing the current situation of the coupling between the entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers and the new urbanization construction,to reveal the constraints of the coupling mechanism of migrant workers return home business and new urbanization construction,the author explore the coupling development strategy between entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers and the construction of new urbanization.At the same time,the author cordially hoped that she could make a little meager contribution to the research in the problem of the coupling development of migrant workers return home business and new urbanization construction through researching in this topic.
