Study On The Cultivation Of Modern Farmers In China From The Perspective Of Multi-functionality Of Agricultural

This paper built a principal component analysis of econometric and multiple linear regression modelbased on a case investigation and the statistical data to construct modern agricultural production factors,and analysizes Multi-functional modern agriculture development situation as well as the necessity of modern farmers cultivation in China.The result of case investigation and empirical analysis show that of present famers have low versatility cognitive level and lack initiative participation enthusiasm of vocational skills training.Also,the current agricultural workers are not suit for the versatility of modern agricultural development.However,cultivating modern farmers to increase peasant income and modern agriculture has the siginificant functions of economic,ecological environment,the development of multiple functions.The article alsoanalysis the cultivating object of the modern farmers from the perspective of learning ability,age,and the investment risk.The conclusion is got that the main part of modern farmers is determined to the large farmer-households,returning migrant workers,rural graduates and other modern multi-functional agriculture development group intending to engage in.Meanwhile,it analyzes individual,agricultural enterprises and the government are the main investment part and the reason of the insufficient investment of cultivating modern farmers necessity,the present situation of investment.As a result,cultivation of above comprehensive analysis and modern farmers are a systems engineering with positive externalities and needed to cooperate social parties.And put forward some feasible policy suggestions to promote the cultivation of modern farmers,thus it can promote function of agricultural such as leisure tourism,stable employment,cultural inheritance,development and development of ecological environment protection.
