The development of the socialist market economy, agricultural commercialization, mercerization and internationalization is the inevitable trend to accelerate the process, the key is to achieve from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and this change depends on the degree of increase in agricultural organizations. China’s current small-scale farmers out of business becomes increasingly obvious limitations, the need to liberate the production of small farmers, freed from the constraints of land engaged in agricultural industries in the various business activities, this approach has become the consensus among many experts and scholars. He Nan’s "three rural" issue mapping of China’s agriculture, farmers and farmers issues.
