In 2014,the eighth session of the summer Davos forum,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the "public entrepreneurship,innovation initiative.In the past three years,with the continuous deepening of the concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and active exploration throughout the country,many practical experiences of innovation and entrepreneurship have been created.To promote the construction of youth entrepreneurship Park,is an effective carrier to explore around the implementation in practice "double" concept.Bengbu youth Pioneer Park started in 2014,and developed in 2015.In 2016,it successfully established the "national entrepreneurial incubation demonstration base".In 2017,Bengbu youth Pioneer Park ushered in a period of rapid development.But the park there are also some problems in the development process,development goals are not clear,no long-term planning;operation and management mechanism is not perfect,service level is not high;funding is not enough,lack of development potential,etc..Therefore,it is urgent to study the construction of youth pioneer park.According to the Bengbu youth entrepreneurship Park construction research,from the new public management,the theory of "public entrepreneurship and innovation",sharing economic theory perspective,combined with the existing Bengbu Youth Business Park in the building,using SWOT analysis method for comprehensive evaluation of park development prospects,and through the analysis of the domestic part of the present situation of the construction of youth entrepreneurship Park multi angle,explore and improve the path construction of youth entrepreneurship Park,put forward the "one zone",the government led market-oriented operation and management,strengthen financial support,to provide information technology support and promote the sharing of economic theory and the establishment of venture transport security and fault tolerant mechanism of target evaluation and operable suggestions,to promote the rapid development of the health of youth entrepreneurship park.The full text is divided into seven parts.
