Research On Optimization Countermeasures Of Development Model Of QHQN Pioneer Park

The Qinghai Youth League Provincial Committee established QHQN Pioneer Park in 2009 for the purpose of providing pioneering platform for college students and young entrepreneurs in the whole province.In recent years,with the continuous development of the Internet,e-business,new energy technology,information technology,advanced manufacturing,cultural and creative industries are emerging as the core industries.However,according to the overall situation of QHQN business park,the development of QHQN business park is still in its infancy.There are still some problems restricting the development of QHQN business park.On this basis,this paper studies the development model of QHQN business park.This research consists of six parts:the introduction of the first chapter introduces the research background,research purposes and significance,research methods and contents of this research,and analyzes the research status of the development model of entrepreneurial parks at home and abroad;the second chapter first defines the concepts related to the content of this paper:pioneering park,development model,economic development model,Pioneering Park Development model,and secondly,defines the development model of pioneering park.The third chapter is the analysis of the development model of QHQN venture park.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic situation of QHQN Start-up Park from the perspective of its establishment and development history,location,transportation,natural conditions and social situation.Secondly,it analyses the characteristics of QHQN Start-up Park from the aspects of spatial pattern,industrial development characteristics and operation organization characteristics.On this basis,it points out the current development mode of QHQN Start-up Park and its existence.On the basis of the existing problems and reasons,this paper puts forward a new development model;Chapter IV explains the construction of new development model of QHQN Pioneer Park.Starting from the concept of "internal and external integration"development mode,this paper analyses the overall idea of optimizing the development mode of QHQN venture park,and puts forward the implementation path of "internal and external integration"development mode,including strengthening technological innovation,promoting industrial agglomeration,strengthening talent introduction and incentives,improving investment environment,establishing a sound service system,and increasing government promotion;Chapter V points out the development of QHQN venture park.The safeguard measures to optimize the exhibition mode include policy guarantee,fund guarantee and resource guarantee.Chapter 6 is the conclusion of this paper and the prospect of QHQN Venture Park in the future.This paper takes QHQN Pioneer Park as the research object,and through the literature combing method,fully demonstrates and analyzes the research literature at home and abroad,and lays the theoretical foundation of this research.Through the investigation and research method,the questionnaire is applied to eltrepreneurs in various fields in Qinghai Province.The survey and interviews provide a basis for studying the problems and improvement of the development of youth entrepreneurship parks in Qinghai Province.Through comparative analysis,the development of domestic and foreign entrepreneurial parks is combined with the current situation of Qinghai Province to analyze the factors affecting the rational operation:The research results show that the Pioneer Park is an effective model and development carrier for promoting mass entrepreneurship.The current development model of QHQN Pioneer Park has problems in terms of system and mechanism;therefore,QHQN Pioneer Park should be transformed from a single development model to "inside-out combination,market-led The government promotes the development model and further realizes the further development of the QHQN Pioneer Park.
