For the graduates,the first step from the school into the community,is facing campus recruitment,which is the community for the first graduates of the human capital pricing.The graduation and employment of fresh graduates is difficult,at this stage of C hina's economic development is facing important problems.Since the implementation of our university enrollment policy since the number of university graduates each year continued to grow,and the community can provide jobs has been unable to meet the demand,the annual graduation season will become the most difficult employment season in the history of enterprises,the recruitment links To face a wide range of college students,interview both sides to understand the extent of insufficient,and because graduates have no social experience,can not judge their ability through past work experience.Therefore,how to choose suitable for their own business people is also a major problem;for schools,the guidance of graduates employment,improve student employment is the focus of school administration,if not a reasonable solution,the school will face enormous social pressure And enrollment pressure.Evolutionary game theory originated from the theory of biological evolution,which combines the traditional game ideas and dynamic concepts,combined with social development gradually formed a new discipline.Development so far,in many areas have shown a very good application ability.Its bounded rational assumptions and probabilistic changes to find a stable state,in the real world can be better used.Based on the evolutionary game theory,this paper constructs a two-party evolutionary game model and three-party evolutionary game model for graduates,schools and enterprises in the light of the specific activities of campus recruiting.This paper analyzes the two models according to the actual situation,points out the dynamic trend of the strategy choice of the enterprises,the graduates and the school in the campus recruiting activities,and combines with the actual situation to explain the socio-economic reasons leading to the trend.On the basis of these reasons,Enterprises,graduates and schools put forward the corresponding reference.At last,the two simulation models are simulated by matlab to verify the correctness of the evolutionary game model and the rationality of the conclusion.This article has a good theoretical and practical significance,in the theoretical sense,this paper to study the emp loyment of graduates difficult problem provides a new way of thinking,improve the employment of graduates of the causes of difficult research;from the practical sense In this paper,the three main enterprises in the campus recruitment process,the graduates and schools were put forward the corresponding advice to help the three in the face of campus recruitment to find the best strategic choice,from the direct cause,to solve Employment problems of graduates to provide reference.
