With the continuous change of the market environment and the rapid development of information science technology,great changes have taken place in both customer demand and market environment,give rise to continuously improve the current management mode of enterprise and optimize the operation process of the enterprise so as to maintain the competitive advantage of the enterprise.While manufacturing industry as the pillar industry of our national economy,due to the unclear management model,unreasonable organizational structure,low production efficiency and weak innovation ability,most domestic enterprises have obvious limitations when they cooperate with international companies.Therefore,in order to adapt to the change of international economic environment as soon as possible,but also better development of enterprise,FTSC for the first time in the form of project management,the establishment of the PU prototype of the new product manufacturing project team.But based on the limited project management experience of the middle-level managers in the company,there are many problems in the project management process when the PU project is carried out,which make the project progress less efficient.Therefore how to optimize the project management process is of great significance to the production of PU products and similar products in the future.This paper based on the theory of project management knowledge,process optimization methods,steps and research project management processes,firstly,make a introduction for the PU prototype manufacturing of the new product of FTSC company current situation of project management process,analyze in the implementation process of the problems existed in the actual project in each stage.Secondly,this paper analyzed the causes of these problems by using the relevant theoretical knowledge of project management and process optimization.Finally,in view of the actual problems,propose the optimization projects on the project organization structure and the each of the project processes,the expected effect of the implementation of the optimization measures is proposed and the following objectives are achieved,1.Standardize the process steps of each project stage,make necessary integration and split for some activities,improve the input and output items of each activity,and record all the records in the project according to the requirements,so as to provide reference for subsequent production.2.The project management process of PU new product prototype is standardized,and the operation efficiency of the project is improved,and it will provide reference value for the enterprises to carry out similar projects in the future.3.A preliminary draft is set up for enterprise to establish ‘project management personnel performance appraisal management system',so as to improve the enthusiasm and fairness of employees' participation in project work in the future,and further improve level of project management for employees.
