Study On Selection Of Logistics Out Sour-Cing Service Providerin Mold Manu Factu-Ring Enterprises

In this study,we use the method of theoretical research and empirical research to study the driving factors of logistics outsourcing and the selection of service providers in mold manufacturing enterprises.This paper analyzes the driving factors of logistics service outsourcing in mold manufacturing enterprises,and studies the driving factors of logistics service outsourcing from the angle of intelligent and service transformation of manufacturing industry in recent years.The core content of this paper is to study the choice of logistics service outsourcing providers in mold manufacturing enterprises,mainly from the dimension of value chain,resources,cost and outsourcing risk.Combined with expert evaluation method,process and other methods to determine the mold manufacturing enterprise logistics service outsourcing selection criteria and models.In this study,AHP method and case analysis method are used to deeply study the choice of logistics service outsourcing providers in mold manufacturing enterprises,to build the third party logistics service capability evaluation model,to provide decision-making information for mold manufacturing enterprise logistics service outsourcing providers.A certain practical significance.It is of great significance to enhance the efficiency of logistics service management of mold manufacturing enterprises,select the appropriate logistics service providers,enhance the operation efficiency of the whole company and promote the service transformation of mold manufacturing enterprises.The paper designs the evaluation index system of logistics service outsourcing of mold manufacturing enterprise by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.It includes six indexes:the basic quality of service providers,logistics operation cost,logistics operation efficiency,logistics technology level,enterprise development ability,Outsourcing conditions,and extended to 21 secondary indicators,the use of AHP method to build a mold manufacturing outsourcing service providers and decision-making model,and select the group as a case for an empirical study to verify the index system and model of practice And effectiveness,to improve the mold manufacturing outsourcing services business decision-making ability to lay the foundation.
