Manufacturing Enterprise Logistics Service Outsourcing Management Reseach

For manufacturing enterprise, logistics service belongs to the non-core business of the enterprise obviously. According to"core competencies"theories, logistics service should be outsourced at company strategic level. But choosing outsourcing or self-made, and when to do, and how to do, it need more accurate instruction for a certain business. In order to help enterprise to carry on outsourcing logistic service business and choose the service supplier better, this paper do the following research on outsourcing decision model and choosing outsourcing service model of manufacturing enterprise logistic service business:(1) Based on background and theories of business outsourcing, it has been done that summarizing the definitions proposed by scholars all over the world, analyzing the causes and the risks, and sorting them. So research object is made specific deeply.(2)This thesis tally up existing of three kinds of classic decision-making models, it has been proposed a three一dimensional strategy decision-making model of manufacturing enterprises for logistics business outsourcing, including the marketing maturity degree, the specialization degree and the stability of request plan of the outsourcing. Qualitative and quantitative method can be used in the decision-making model with the help of fuzzy theory, and those who make decisions can choose proper strategies determined by the model result.(3) After completing logistic business outsourcing decision-making, an integrity evaluation system of this service supplier is needed. Analytic Hierarchy Process is proposed as a tool that can effectively handle the complex, qualitative decision variables involved in outsourcing decision-making.(4) M electronics company in Suzhou is taken as the object of case study, to show above-mentioned two decision models.
