Through the literature review,interviews and other methods,this article designs the questionnaire,and analysis the occupation career planning status and influencing factors.From the aspect of "career cognition,career exploration,career occupation,career decisions,career actions,career assessment adjustments",the paper surveys employee occupation career planning status of M enterprise,and analyses the factors influencing occupation career planning and corporate factors from individual factors gender,age,education,tenure,marital status,interpersonal relationship,recruitment system,performance appraisal system,compensation system,training system,enterprise culture,and analysis for reliability analysis,validity analysis,and then constructed the linear regression model to analyze the influencing factors of influence on the level of occupation career planning,found that the influence of key factors employee occupation career planning from,and the empirical results are discussed and analyzed,and points out that M Enterprises The overall level of employee occupation career planning is not high,gender,age,education,tenure,recruitment system,performance appraisal system,training system,enterprise culture and other factors have great influence on the employee occupation career planning.The paper finally puts forward countermeasures to promote the employee occupation career plans of M Enterprises:the establishment of occupation development channel,strengthen staff evaluation,improve the employee occupation career counseling,establish the human resource management system,occupation career oriented to strengthen staff training,establish the evaluation feedback platform.This paper in theory,designs the questionnaire factors of occupation career planning and effect analysis of M enterprise employee occupation career planning status,understand the M enterprise employee occupation career planning features,find the key factors affecting the employee occupation career planning from,and the empirical results are discussed and analyzed,in theory for the enterprise employees enthusiasm,to promote the employee occupation career planning and provide a theoretical basis for decision making.In practice,respectively from the individual level,enterprise level and other aspects to explore a suitable strategy and model of employee occupation career planning,to enable employees to master basic concepts and methods of occupation career planning;arouse employee self development consciousness,create excellent groups of employees;employee occupation career planning to promote the development of the enterprise system,the formation of safeguard mechanism of occupation career planning the staff;overcome the occupation burnout,enhance employee occupation happiness,for the cultivation of high-quality and efficient staff,to achieve meaningful employee occupation life,has strong application value.
