Modern enterprise management with particular emphasis on staff performance, put on staff development as an important source of organizational effectiveness achieved, w ill also meet the needs of employees and ensure employees’personal development as an important organizational goals. In the modern organization, employees are not only ele ments of organizational operations and tools, which itself has become the purpose of exi stence and development organizations. It is in this "people oriented" management philos ophy under the guidance of more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to employ ee career management.This research aims to career planning by combing the theory, learning,research, th e use of questionnaires in the form of TJRQ company career planning status and proble ms to summarize and analyze, the company proposed a suitable career development nee ds design, has reached improve staff motivation satisfaction and loyalty, and helping c ompanies tap train and retain qualified personnel goals, and ultimately achieve a win-win situation of enterprises and employee.
