In recent years,with the increasingly close integration of globalization,the domestic and foreign advanced financial concept of germination of taking root in our country,a huge impact on China's banking industry,China's domestic economic growth while in the new energy,new technology,new products,new formats and other aspects to continue to maintain a rapid growth rate,but GDP is showing growth down trend,the overall economy is in a long period in the bottom of the supply side structural reform as the main line of Chinese is crucial period of economic transformation and upgrading.At present,the financial work conference focuses on preventing and controlling asset bubbles,improving regulatory capacity,improving regulatory measures,and preventing systemic financial risks.In order to adapt to the changing external environment,changes of the banking outlets continued innovation,as the frontier fortress of the banking business,is also an important carrier of innovation landing,the transition to become the network transformation has become the focus of domestic commercial banks pay close attention to the problem.P bank Z branch is also promoting the new round of network transformation as a whole.As the top ranking national share commercial bank,the transformation of P bank network has a very typical reference value.Through the investigation of long-term bank line outlets,with the domestic and foreign theoretical research,carries on the detailed introduction of P bank Z branch network,analyzes its face in network management and transformation of the problem,and carries on the analysis,puts forward the network transformation project,put forward the implementation process needs attention and provide reference for P bank Z branch network transformation,provides ideas for related mechanism transformation and development,but also for other domestic institutions to provide reference network transformation.This study is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which focuses on the background and significance of the topic selection.Through the literature review of the network transformation,we integrate the theoretical basis of the network transformation,and find that the transformation of the outlets is imperative.The second chapter of P bank Z branch are introduced,combined with the development present situation,introduced the P bank management,management,organizational structure,and focuses on the transformation of the background,in-depth analysis of the domestic top ranked joint-stock commercial banks in the background of network transformation.The third chapter is to introduce the problems faced by P bank Z branch in network management,find the crux of the problem,and lay the foundation for the next plan design.The fourth chapter focuses on the design of the transformation of P bank outlets.By analyzing the goals,principles and contents of the transformation of the network points,it systematically puts forward the solutions for the network transformation,and analyzes the design of the measures in the plan.The fifth chapter mainly puts forward some safeguard measures to promote the network transformation implementation of the program,according to the existing P bank Z branch network transformation of the above research problems in the combination of the transformation theory and future development goals,from the unity of thinking,organization and leadership,push forward,step by step,innovation driven,improving the training and assessment of other aspects put forward the strategies and suggestions,in order to provide guarantee for the implementation of P bank Z branch network transformation scheme.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,the realization of the concept of transformation,transformation,transformation of marketing team,function transformation,transformation performance,increase the endogenous development network profitability,improve their product marketing,customer service and maintenance,development and other aspects of the ability to establish a good brand image,strengthen customer base,to effectively improve the whole for business performance risk control under the premise,to increase the market share of conclusion.In a word,this research is committed to provide ideas and programs for P bank,other commercial banks and even the similar outlets in China,in order to have reference significance and achieve the sample value goal of the study.
