As one of the rising places of the fourth industrial revolution,China has stood on the same starting line with developed countries for the first time,and it has far-reaching impact on various domestic industries.The banking industry,which is the mainstay of the financial industry,is also facing tremendous opportunities for change.The reform of business operations and service models has become the focus of domestic commercial banks.Bank of Communications is the oldest bank in China,and the fifth-largest state-owned joint-stock commercial bank has made its own response in response to the wave of technological revolution,strengthening the intelligent construction of business outlets,optimizing business operations and service models,and creating intelligent outlets.On the basis of summarizing the operation management,commercial bank operation management and process reengineering theory,this paper analyzes the traditional business model of Bank of Communications Branch of H Bank,points out the problems existing in it,and carries out the traditional business intelligence construction for the problem.From the pilot work to the experience promotion,and then from the experience promotion stage to the comprehensive popularization work,timely feedback and innovation.From the two aspects of customer evaluation and internal evaluation of employees,the results of this intelligent construction are reflected,and the benefits brought by the intelligent construction work for the branches of H province are summarized,which provides a reference for the intelligent construction of commercial banks.
