Research On Optimization Of Intelligent Network Development Strategy Of Icbc G Branch

At this stage,the bank network is faced with the problems of increasing competition between external peers and third-party payment institutions,no difference in internal positioning,reduced operating efficiency and low customer satisfaction.Although the intelligent network project accelerates the transaction processing speed,accelerates the business diversion,enhances the customer experience and the employee identity,but only further speeds up the operation transformation step,can further enhance the service level,the productivity benefit and the competitive strength.Faced with the tide of intelligent transformation,ICBC G branch has carried out the related research and exploration of the intelligent transformation of network as early as a few years ago,and the establishment of deep intelligent network scheme is the main research content of this paper.This paper mainly focuses on the operation and management mode of ICBC G branch intelligent network,through the investigation of ICBC G branch intelligent network development status,including the basic general situation of ICBC branch,intelligent network infrastructure construction,business process model and marketing assessment mechanism.On the basis of understanding the present situation,using PEST and SWOT analysis to sort out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threat factors of ICBC G branch intelligent network,combined with domestic and foreign intelligent theory research,the pain points of the current network are excavated:the intelligent terminal and network demand is not synchronized,network staffing is unreasonable,marketing management mechanism is not perfect and other potential problems.Aiming at the problem of G branch network,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the development of intelligent network by studying the theory of relevant development strategy of the industry and combining the demand of the network field.The main measures include intelligent terminal:reasonable layout of hardware equipment,improvement of terminal functions,and establishment of smooth technical and business communication channels;network staffing:in the new environment to strengthen service marketing as the goal,redefine the post setting,optimize the labor mix,and establish a regular circulation system;Finally,in the aspect of risk prevention and control:on the basis of strengthening on-site supervision and inspection,we should speed up the construction of intelligent control system of operational risk and control the risk impact to the minimum.The starting point of this paper is how to optimize the operation and management mode of ICBC G branch intelligent network,so as to improve the finishing efficiency of G branch.It is also a new idea and method for bank intelligent exploration of network management and development in the new period,and provides ideas and suggestions for promoting the construction of service mode adapted to the intelligent development of network,which can be used for industry development and reference.
