The Energy Efficiency Measurement Of Pulp And Paper Enterprise In Shandong Province

Energy problems is related to critical issues of saving energy and resources,meanwhile energy shortage has become important subject of economic and social sustainable development and reduced environmental pollution.Therefore,energy saving has become an only way and guarantee to our country's sustainable development in future.Energy consumption of papermaking enterprise and environmental problems have been alleviated under the background of relevant strategic deployment but still severe.It's inaccurate to measure the energy-saving and cost-reducing by energy consumption instead of energy consumption per unit output value.Papermaking enterprise is not only the major environment polluter and the energy consumer,and Shandong province,as the largest paper-producing province,is necessary to study the variation tendency of energy efficiency.Hence,this paper selects the energy efficiency of pulp and paper enterprise in Shandong province as this research topic to provide a substantial theoretical basis and effective implementing ways.This paper answers three questions one after another,that is,how about the energy consumption of pulp and paper enterprise in Shandong province? What is energy efficiency and how to measure the energy efficiency of pulp and paper enterprise? And what are the key influence factor of it? By answering the three questions,we have divided it into six parts: firstly,we briefly analysis background related to this topic,purpose,significance and overseas and domestic research situation related to energy efficiency;secondly,we have define the concept of energy efficiency and systematically analysis basic theory of energy consumption;thirdly,we preliminary analysis development position of Shandong province pulp and paper enterprise in our country papermaking industry,and analysis the existing problems in it;fourthly,we describe the energy consumption in Shandong province pulp and paper enterprise,and then we study different energy consumption under different technique;fifthly we study the energy efficiency and its variation trend in pulp and paper enterprise,and find a phenomenon of energy rebound and then give theoretical explanation,in addition we decompose the key influence factor of it;and the last we put forward the suggestion and strategy of energy reduction and increase energy efficiency.
