| In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the great strategic concept of"bringing the region from point to area,from the line to the stage,and gradually forming a major regional cooperation to jointly build the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road."Located at the intersection of the Beijing-Tianjin urban agglomerations and the Bohai Economic Rim,Tianjin Port is an important node connecting the two "Silk Roads" at sea and on land and a link connecting Northeast Asia with Central and West Asia.Under the new strategic development of "One Belt One Road",Tianjin Port should seize the opportunity and carry out economic and trade cooperation in depth in accordance with its own development and characteristics and actively integrate itself into the "One Belt One Road" development and construction of the Central Region.Based on the literature review,we first analyze the related theories of the "One Belt One Road" strategy and the procedure and precautions of the SWOT analysis method.Secondly,it interprets Tianjin’s "Tianjin Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Construction and Implementation Plan" and constructs the"Belt and Road" participation evaluation index system.Through data collection,questionnaire survey,experts Scoring and analyzing the status quo and potential of Tianjin Port’s participation in the "One Belt,One Road",concluded that Tianjin Port is the core of Tianjin’s active participation in the "One Belt One Road" construction,Then the port of Tianjin Port is introduced and analyzed from three aspects of the geographical position,infrastructure and development trend of Tianjin Port.The paper analyzes the contribution of Tianjin Port to the "Belt and Road" from the aspects of container freight volume and cruise travel.On the basis of this,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Tianjin Port under the "One Belt One Road" strategy and the opportunities and challenges it faces in the light of the SWOT analysis method.Finally,through the construction of the SWOT matrix,we propose the strategy of construction and development of Tianjin Port under the "One Belt One Road" strategy,gradually improving the transportation network between sea and land,focusing on the development of rail and sea transport,accelerating the integration of port resources and realizing the cooperative development of ports,building an open platform for free trade;improving the level of information,accelerating the upgrading and restructuring of the port;and building an innovative platform for tourism and culture to build a cruise homeport. |
