Research On The Development Of Tianjin Port In The Context Of The Coordinated Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

At present,in the context of China's regional economic development is transfer to the north,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is become not only a strong economic region,but also became an area which have big potential land strength,it can be said this area has became one of the three area that have the biggest potential in economic development,this area just ranked.Especially in 2015,the state has repeatedly put forward and stressed the need to promote and strengthen economic cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.And then released a series of national policy,direction and planning to a large extent contributed to the Tianjin port group planning,con-struction and development.However,in the development process of the four ports,for historical reasons,the lack of unified planning and macro-control is not timely,re-sulting in the port facilities,repetitive construction,low-level vicious competition and waste of resources phenomenon.which hindered the development of Bei-jing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Under the background of this grim situation and develop-ment,it is very necessary to study the development of Tianjin-Tianjin-Hebei port in order to realize the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and promote the stable development of national economy.This paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the ports in Tianjin and Hebei by using the SWOT analysis method from the pre-sent situation of the development of Tianjin-Hebei port,and gets a better understand-ing of the development of the four ports in Tianjin and Hebei.And make use of its own advantages in the process of development,close to the advantages of ports and national policy advantages,make up their own shortcomings.put forward the theoret-ical framework and steps of factor analysis method,select the influence of port evalu-ation,and then according to the data availability of Tianjin-Hebei port,13 indicators are selected to analyze and evaluate the corresponding data of Tianjin-Hebei port in 2015,which provide favorable basis for the dislocation development of Tianjin-Hebei port.The development of the Port Cluster of New Jerseythe Port of Tokyo Bay and the Port Cluster of Europe has gone through several stages.Their development direc-tion,the management system and the operation methods of these ports are advanced.we sum up and absorb their successful experiences of optimization and coordinated development.So as to optimize the integration of Tianjin and Hebei four major ports to provide recommendations.The study of this paper has some reference value for the development practice of Tianjin-Hebei port,which is good for the development of Tianjin-Hebei port.It is good for dealing with the competition and cooperation in the development of ports.It is helpful to promote the regional economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
