Study On The Developing Mode Of PENAVICO (Tianjin)'s Modern Logistics

The rapid development of national economy has led to the rapid development of Chinese logistics industry.In recent years,the scale and quality of the logistics industry in China have been continuously improved,the scale of infrastructure has been continuously expanded and the development environment has been continuously optimized.However,the development of economy and the upgrading of logistics quality make people's demand for modern logistics service more and more,modern logistics has become the pillar industry of Chinese national economic development.Port is in the core position of Chinese modern logistics integrated system,and as the first port in northern China,Northeast Asia International Shipping Center,the development and scale level of Tianjin Port's modern logistics are in a leading position,which has created a good environment for the development of modern enterprises in Tianjin Port Logistics.PENAVICO(Tianjin)is an earlier port limited liability company with the ship agency as the core business.At present,the logistics service is not the core business of PENAVICO(Tianjin),but its development potential is huge,in the condition of Tianjin shipping agency and freight forwarding market competition is increasingly fierce and the rapid development of modern logistics,logistics services,especially modern logistics services is an important development direction for PENAVICO(Tianjin).Therefore,it is one of the core problems to be solved by PENAVICO(Tianjin)to choose a suitable for the modern logistics development.This paper takes PENAVICO(Tianjin)as the research object,to study the development of modern logistics development mode and related issues.First,this paper discusses the background,significance,content and methods of this paper,and summarizes the research literatures at home and abroad.Secondly,it elaborates the modern logistics concept and development status,including the modern logistics connotation,the present situation of modern logistics development in China and the port of Tianjin,and discusses the current situation of modern logistics and the development of modern logistics.The present situation of modern logistics development,etc.;Thirdly,on the basis of introducing the basic situation of Tianjin foreign generation,SWOT analysis of modern logistics is carried out,and the feasibility of modern logistics is pointed out.Fourthly,On the basis of the alternative development model of modern logistics,the paper establishes the evaluation index system of modern logistics development mode selection in Tianjin,and selects the modern logistics development model which is the most suitable for Tianjin based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Tianjin foreign generation to carry out the development of modern logistics model of thinking and implementation process,and targeted to put forward countermeasures and suggestions;Finally,draw the conclusions of this study and further research direction.
