Research On The Relationship Between Discontinuous Innovation And The Performance Of Science And Technology Start-up Enterprises

Innovation is the lifeblood of the development of an enterprise and even a country,any enterprise in order to get great development are inseparable from innovation.The survival and development of science and technology enterprises in recent years has been widespread concern,and technology-based start-up enterprises are one of the very important team,science and technology start-up enterprises combines characteristics of science and technology enterprises and start-ups,innovation is the driving force of its development.From the perspective of technology and market,innovation can be divided into continuous innovation and continuous innovation,more and more enterprise development instance show that science and technology enterprises especially technology-based start-ups to implement discontinuous innovation has unique advantage.Few researchers study the relationship between discontinuous innovation and technology-based start-up enterprises.This paper makes up for this gap,explores the mechanism of discontinuous innovation and entrepreneurial performance of entrepreneurial enterprises,constructs the structural model of the relationship between discontinuous innovation and entrepreneurial performance,and validates the model by empirical method.There are two paths to the impact of discontinuous innovation on the performance of science and technology start-up enterprises:direct impact path and indirect impact path,on the one hand,discontinuous innovation has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance directly;on the other hand,discontinuous innovation by influencing the enterprise ability to impact on business performance,and the effects should be positive.In addition,through the empirical test,this paper found that uncertainty in this model also played an important regulatory role,it plays a role on the relationship between the discontinuous innovation and the enterprise's ability,the relationship between the enterprise's ability and the entrepreneurial performance,and the relationship between the discontinuous innovation and the entrepreneurial performance,and the regulatory effects are positive.Another innovative achievement of this paper is as follows:the dimension of the variables in the model is divided renewedly:the discontinuous innovation is divided into the technical discontinuous innovation,the market discontinuous innovation and the business model discontinuous innovation,putting business model discontinuous into the discontinuous innovation is the innovation of this article;Enterprise capability dimensions joined the relationship capacity,on the item design to join entrepreneurs personal relationship network;entrepreneurial performance is divided into innovation performance and business performance,innovative performance focuses on the test of impact of discontinuous innovation,which is fit the model.
