Study On The Impact Of Regional Hi-tech Entrepreneurial Ecological Community On Start-up Business Performance

Entrepreneurship is an extremely complex phenomenon.Thanks to the further flow of knowledge,technology and other factors,the role of science and technology entrepreneurship in promoting regional scientific and technological progress and economic development has become increasingly prominent.Science and Technology entrepreneurial activities not only promote the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements,but also spring out of numerous small and medium enterprises of science and technology.These activities become an important force to expand social employment and promote the development of regional economy.At present,compared with developed countries,China’s scientific and technological activities in terms of quality and quantity is still just a little bit worse.Scholars have pointed out that the most important reason is that science and technology entrepreneurship ecosystem is complex,resulting in it is difficult to develop a large number of high-tech enterprises similar to the United States in Silicon Valley.Because it is difficult to build up for its own technology entrepreneurship ecosystem and affect the most important community of the system,if you just want to simply copy the relevant policies and the way of hardware facilities.How to better clear the position of ecological community in the science and technology innovation ecological system and their interaction relationship and to better understand how the ecological communities affect entrepreneurial performance,then it can improve the health of some entrepreneurial community,promote the development of science and technology entrepreneurship activities.This is an urgent problem to be solved for business circles and academic fields.Within the framework of entrepreneurial ecosystem,this paper studies the impact of regional science and technology entrepreneurial ecological community on the entrepreneurial performance of science and Technology Entrepreneurship.This study uses the theoretical research and empirical analysis,the combination of qualitative and quantitative research method.Based on the existing research results,this study makes clear the structure model and operation mechanism of the entrepreneurial community in the regional science and technology entrepreneurship system in theory.And then it explores the influence of various business ecological communities on entrepreneurial performance in the system framework.At last,this study collects the data through the questionnaire.It uses the statistical analysis tool of SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.At the same time,it uses the structural equation model to verify the hypothesis,and we found that the ecological communities have positive effects on entrepreneurial performance of science and technology entrepreneurship.The research results are as follows that the service organization has a positive and great impact on the growth performance and market performance of science and technology enterprises in Guangzhou.Investment institutions have a positive impact on the growth performance and market performance of science and technology start-ups.While the positive effect on the university,the academy and the government is smaller.All these show that the operating state of Guangzhou science and technology business ecosystem has a larger upgrade space.
