The rapid development of e-commerce and express industry,so that more and more people and some enterprises enjoy the convenient service.E-commerce and courier companies as a service chain participants,also changed people's life and work,people can use the Internet platform to sell or purchase products,and through the express logistics company to deliver these goods.In recent years,e-commerce and express industry has maintained the rapid development,at the same time,the rapid development of the industry but also to bring a lot of problems to be solved:industry competition mainly concentrated in the price competition,the lack of a single service model,personalized service,industry system is not standardized,professional degree is not enough,two the lack of industry information sharing,strategic development goals are not uniform.These problems gradually began to restrict the development of the two industry.In order to solve these problems,we analyze the development data of both,to explore the actual situation of the two Industry Development Association,the development of a relationship between the two and the existing problems,find out a security express industry and commerce the coordinated development of the road.In this paper,the development status of e-commerce and express industry as a starting point,a systematic description of the two industry development scale,development speed,trends and characteristics.Based on the theory of market concentration,this paper analyzes the monopoly and entry barriers of the two industry market in china.The model of the B2C market in e-commerce model is analyzed.After that,we conducted a study on the interaction between e-commerce and express delivery industry,where we choose a vector autoregressive model(VAR)which can explain the impact of various economic shocks on economic variables.We based on the original data of e-commerce and express industry,the two industry comprehensive development index prepared respectively,then the stationarity test and cointegration test on the two,to determine whether they meet the basic conditions for constructing VAR model;secondly,the stationarity test and cointegration test after the vector autoregressive model;then for,impulse response analysis and variance decomposition of dynamic e-commerce and express industry,in-depth analysis of interaction mechanism between the association and interaction of the two;finally,the dynamic prediction model of VAR based on the development of e-commerce and express industry,analyze its change trend during the sample period after.Finally,according to the analysis,put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures from the two levels of government and enterprises,to solve the key point control of two industry development association.Put forward to improve the e-commerce and express industry service quality and professional degree;strengthen the sharing of e-commerce and express industry information and communication industry;enhance infrastructure construction and information level;the government to improve the relevant industry regulations,strengthen market management and promote the two industry integration strategy of multiple solutions.
