Evaluating The Sustainability Of Urbanization Infrastructure Project Based On Modified ANP

Raising the level of urbanization infrastructure project's sustainability is an important aspect to improve the quality of urbanization in China.Exploring the key factors influencing the sustainability of urbanization infrastructure projects has become the focus of attention in the field of engineering project evaluation.In the background of the complex factors affecting the sustainability of urban infrastructure projects,it is important to evaluate the projects comprehensively in order to improve the infrastructure.Based on this,this paper constructs the index system of urbanization infrastructure project sustainability evaluation based on literature summarization and expert consultation,and through scientific method,the credibility and validity of the index system are verified.On this basis,the ANP network structure map of urbanization infrastructure project is constructed,and the ANP is used to evaluate the sustainability of the urbanization infrastructure project.An example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the ANP evaluation model,and the weight of sustainability index of urbanization infrastructure is obtained and the key factors affecting its sustainability are found out.Furthermore,in order to adapt to the specific project sustainability evaluation,the initial ANP model is modified by the relevance theory to realize the sustainable dynamic evaluation of the urbanization infrastructure project.The model is validated by the project of Angu Hydropower Station in Sichuan Province,and the weight of the sustainability evaluation index of Angu Hydropower Station Project is obtained.Finally,according to the research results,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions such as constructing the framework of sustainability evaluation of urban infrastructure projects.In this study,the ANP method is used to evaluate the sustainability of urban infrastructure projects,which effectively solves the problem that the information of key factors can not be accurately expressed due to the complex relationship between the factors when the weights are determined.The modified ANP model provides a new dynamic evaluation method for infrastructure project sustainability evaluation,which can provide specific feedback information for improving project sustainability and provide reference for future project practice.
