With the help of project performance evaluation theory and theory of management by objectives at home and abroad, initially established a new performance evaluation system of urban infrastructure project which contain quality management, schedule management, economic management, security management, environment, public satisfaction, circular economy.Finally, by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for a project to use the seven indicators system analysis, and performance evaluation for the infrastructure projects, view index and index system of micro-system in real-world applications and instances in the argument, eventually came to the city for a single performance of infrastructure projects and the overall evaluation score of urban infrastructure projects. Study on the performance management of urban infrastructure projects have a certain significance.
