Research On The Growth Factor Of Farmers' Wage Income In Jilin City

Three rural agricultural issues has been an important issue in the development of the national economy,and the problem of increasing farmers' income is the key to the problem of agriculture,rural and rural issues,peasant problem has been paid high attention for all walks of life from the social from.Jilin is the second largest city in jilin province,with a large population base and good economic foundation,with great potential for development.With the continuous development of economy,widening of the income gap between urban and rural areas under the node to Jilin's economic transformation,how to optimize the urban industrial structure,guarantee the farmers' income growth,reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas has become a important link of promoting benign economic growth.From the qualitative analysis,caused by this the one hand is due to the traditional thought of farmers Jilin city is still relatively strong,in resources under the influence of the majority of farmers still in agricultural management,but also by the Jilin City area on the county economy,farmers in the choice of the rural employment employment opportunities,to make the transfer of the rural labor force,the township enterprises can not fully absorb the employment of farmers.On the other hand,subject to the impact of human capital in rural areas has a large number of human resources,but the quality is not high,generally low level of education of farmers,and farmers will of their own human capital investment is not high,which leads to farmers in non-agricultural employment disadvantage,thus affecting the wage income of farmers.From the point of view of quantitative analysis,and the farmers related data acquisition by 2006-2016 in Jilin City Statistical Yearbook,set the non-agricultural economic development level,urbanization rate,the level of industrialization,farmers education degree,rural infrastructure construction level for influence factors of farmers' salary income,through multiple regression analysis of variables on the wage income of farmers the influence degree.The results show that the region of non-agricultural economic development level of farmers' salary income to the very important influence,also other factors also plays the role of different degree.In Jilin City Longtan District of farmers' salary income carries on the case analysis,finally draws the path of improving the wage income of farmers is focus on the development of county economy,the adjustment of industrial structure,perfect employment service system in rural areas but also speed up the process of urbanization.
