With the continuous deterioration of environmental pollution and resource consumption problems,public concern about environmental protection is growing gradually.Policies and laws and regulations on environmental protection by governments are becoming more and more stringent,and manufacturing enterprises are actively adopting green technologies to reduce their environmental load,making the rapid progress of green technology in recent years.However,there are still many problems such as scattered technology sources,rapid technological updating,unclear relationships among technologies,inconsistent concepts and so on,making it difficult for users to learn from existing technical knowledge effectively,so as to make the same green dilemma cannot be solved comprehensively,or gratuitous waste of study resources.Although various technical catalogs have been promulgated by government agencies such as China's National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to actively promote energy-saving and low-carbon technologies,however,due to their long update cycle and limited collection of technologies,they have not yet well meet the needs of green technology knowledge users.Based on the analysis of the process and components of green technology knowledge items,this paper proposes a green technology integration reference model and evaluation process system,and details the integration and evaluation process of electromechanical products.Combined with the national 863 projects,the paper takes household appliances,industrial steam turbines,Air separation plant and other energy-intensive products as a case study.Finally,based on the integrated model and the case product,a platform of green technology knowledge base of electromechanical products is designed and implemented to realize the organic integration of green technology knowledge items.Meanwhile,the green technology trajectory and the status quo of some products are analyzed so as to further set up a green technology knowledge base platform and support the spread of green technology quickly and efficiently.The first chapter combs the background of green technology development and relevant research status quo,and analyzes the communication problems and dilemmas in current green technology development,points out the needs to build green technology integration model,and further illustrates the purpose and significance of this paper.And the Framework and research content of this paper is also put forward.The second chapter expounds the concept of knowledge integration and the knowledge process of green technology.Meanwhile,based on the analysis of the green technology knowledge composition,this chapter proposes a green technology knowledge integration model for the electromechanical products,and illustrates the evaluation method and index system of green technical knowledge items in the integration process.The third chapter carries on the case study of household appliances.Firstly,this chapter introduces the development background of household appliances and its characteristics.Then on the home appliance green technology integration work,this chapter expounds the electrical appliances green technological trajectory and benefits,at the same time it analysis the characteristics and developing problems of its green technology.In the fourth chapter,taken the industrial steam trbine as a case of energy-intensive products,this chapter summarizes its working principle and application development characteristics,introduces the requirements and goals of the green development of industrial steam turbine,and analyses the influencing factors of its efficiency.Based on this,it also integrates the existing green technologies of industrial steam turbine,and points out its green technology development path.The fifth chapter studies the green technology of air separation plant in large-scale complicated equipment of energy-intensive industry.It starts with introducing the working principle and the system composition of air separation plant briefly,then analyzes its green bottlenecks and sensitivity of energy consumption,so as to carry on the green technology integration work of air separation plant and point out the green technology development.The sixth chapter builds a green technology knowledge platform for electromechanical products in order to improve the timeliness of green technology,realizing the application of green technology integration model and evaluation system and enriching the system content with the case studies.Chapter Seven summarizes the main contents of the full text,and the future research work is prospected.
