Research On New Urbanization Construction In Hongze District

The new urbanization is the key to China's socialist modernization drive and the key to building a well-off society in an all-round way.It is the only way for the modernization of China to lead economic and social development with new urbanization.The party's eighteen report stressed that in the process of strengthening the rural economy and the construction of small towns,we must adhere to the principle of urban and rural overall planning,ecological livable and harmonious development,and accelerate the construction of new urbanization.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to promote the construction of urbanization and to achieve sustained and healthy economic and social development through the study of new urbanization construction model.Jiangsu province can be said to be a big economic province,but its economic level in different regions of the province is obviously different.The gap between South of Jiangsu,Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu is relatively large.Hongze district is located in the north of Jiangsu Province,is relatively backward in recent years,urbanization is developing rapidly,but there are still some problems,these problems restrict the further development of economy and society,how to solve these problems,help to promote the construction of new towns has been continuously strengthened,contributing to the modernization.Taking Hongze district as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the new urbanization construction,and tries to introduce the new urbanization construction into a more operational stage under the background of the new normal economy.Based on the relevant theories and typical models of the new urbanization,this paper makes a positive analysis of Hongze district by means of literature,dialectics,law analysis,and theoretical analysis combined with factual analysis.This paper mainly consists of five parts.The first part is introduction.Mainly expounds the research background,purpose and significance of the new urbanization,the research status of the new urbanization construction at home and abroad,the research ideas,research methods and structural arrangements,as well as innovation and lack.The second part mainly expounds the concepts of urbanization,new urbanization and the introduction of new urbanization model,and expounds the function of new urbanization to local economic and social development.The third part carries on the positive analysis to the new urbanization construction in Hongze District,compares the new urbanizationconstruction quality evaluation table,and summarizes the deficiency in the new urbanization construction process.The typical problems in the fourth part of the construction of the new urbanization characteristics and actual development process,by referring to the domestic construction of the new urbanization mode and successful practices,summarizes the related experience and lessons for the construction of the new urbanization is put forward with the ideas and measures for the development of Hongze district.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.It is concluded that the construction of new urbanization plays a positive role in promoting local economic development,urban development and the improvement of people's happiness.
