Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of The Informatization Development Of Taxation Administration In The Primary-Level State Taxation Administration System

Taxation administration needs informatinizing to meet the new changes in the development of China's market economy and the reform of public administration system.It would also serve to adapt to the needs of economic globalization and help build a more scientific and modernized taxation administration system.However,some problems have occurred during the process of informationization construction and therefore,it is imperative and magnificent to probe these problems and develop countermeasures.This paper centers on the definition and connotation,the construction process,status quo and problems of taxation administration informationization.The instruction of this paperwhich briefly introduce the background,literature review,method and research contents.Then it introduces some important and related theories about taxation administration informationization.The third part expounds the development process and its status quo of taxation administration informationization in the primary state taxation administration system.The forth part analyzes the problems and their influences.The primary taxation administration offices lack enough infrastructure and human resources and it is difficult for them to collect quality data and the current facilities can not equip them with the ability to improve work efficiency and to better utilized the data and guard their security.According to these problems,the fifth part tries to provide some measures to cope with these problems.And the last part gives an overview of the paper.Empirical and inductive methods are adopted to study these problems and countermeasures.It would be constructive to look closer to the development of taxation administration informationization in China's county-level system.
