Tobacco leaf acquisition is an important part of tobacco production and management.The quality of tobacco leaf relates to the quality and safety of cigarettes.It is related to the brand development of industrial enterprises,the interests of tobacco farmers,the health of consumers,especially in recent years,affected by the strict control policies of the country and the public opinion on smoking ban and the rise of fine cigarettes,the inventories of tobacco in the country are still high,and the requirements of industrial enterprises on tobacco leaf quality are getting more and more stringent.It is imperative to improve the quality and credit of tobacco leaf.Tobacco leaf acquisition has long been the acquisition of the model is the smoke,that is,kang tobacco leaf by tobacco farmers grading tie bar to sell tobacco.However,with the improvement of the redrying process and the improvement of the quality of the raw materials required by the industry,the traditional impact of the tobacco acquisition on the quality of the tobacco has become increasingly prominent.Such as the loss of time-consuming,raw materials waste,high cost,prone to non-smog material mixed with doping situation.In recent years,with the vigorous advocacy and promotion of the State Bureau,the special classification of flue-cured tobacco and the acquisition of scattered leaf came into being.This is a new type of tobacco leaflet acquisition mode,which is a major change in the hierarchical acquisition of traditional tobacco leaf,Material support capabilities,reducing costs,improve quality and efficiency of the important ways.Through the implementation of smoke-free acquisition process and quality control,the initial conversion of tobacco procurement from agriculture to industrialization in the mode of production has been realized.After years of operation,it has been widely recognized by the government,workers,farmers and merchants,Practice has proved that the specialized distribution of tobacco rather than the traditional acquisition is a more scientific and rational,lean and efficient acquisition model.Since its launch in 2013,it has been the major acquisition method nowadays.As a result of the year-on-year improvement of the acquisition process and measures,the acquisition of Quality Credit Steadily improved,but the demand for tobacco raw materials is higher than the previous requirements under the situation where the supply of tobacco leaves exceeds the demand and the market competition of cigarette brands is increasingly fierce.At present,Strict quality control,tobacco purity is not high,the classification efficiency is low and other issues,especially the tobacco quality of the acquisition requirements from the industrial enterprises still have some gaps of these problems if not resolved,will seriously affect the industrial customers to NY City Tobacco satisfaction and purchasing confidence,thus restricting the healthy development of tobacco production and management.By using the methods of field investigation,case study and literature reference,this paper collects relevant data and analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the acquisition mode of smokeless tobacco in NY tobacco companies.According to the national tobacco monopoly bureau Lean production site meetings from the perspective of lean management,it’s necessary to find the key factors affecting the quality and effectiveness of tobacco acquisition and use it as the basis to explore lean acquisitions in line with local realities so as to achieve the benefits of tobacco procurement and reduce production costs,This paper will provide reference for scientifically carrying out the work of leaflets acquisition.
