Reserach On Mixed Operation Mode Of Commercial Banks In China

Mixed operation mode is an inevitable trend of financial globalization today.In China along with market-oriented interest rate reform,industry structure improving and network financial derivatives and other innovative business platform,traditional business competition,profitability continued compression,commercial Banks in the mixed management practice step by step.At present,China's commercial banks exist kinds of issues,simple ways of profit,narrow business scope etc.Besides,commercial banks are confronted with interest rates iberalization and the rise of Internet finance and other financial market factors.Mixed operation transformation is bound to the development tendency of commercial banks in China.This paper attempts to explore the mixed operation model which is in line with the present situation and prospect of China's commercial banks.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept of mixed operation mode.After analyzing the theoretical basis and economic effect of mixed operation,and combining the process of historical evolution of Chinese commercial banks? mixed operation model and the internal and external causes of mixed transformation,this paper concludes that the necessity of the transformation of mixed operation of Chinese commercial banks.Then this paper selects the financial index data of 3 groups of 12 banks during 2009-2016,using generalized translog cost function and analysis method of financial index to analyze the economic effect of mixed operation of commercial banks.The result shows that there is obvious scale economy effect,scope economic effect and synergy effect in the mixed operation of commercial banks in our country presently,and the effect of medium-sized joint-stock banks is more obvious.Finally,based on the experience of mixed operation model of foreign commercial banks,it makes a suggestion that the financial holding company model is suitable for the mixed operation of commercial banks in China.
