Research On The Service Situation And Problems Of Social Insurance Agencies In Yangzhou City

With the deepening of the reform of market economic system in our country,constructing service-oriented government and perfecting public service system have become the important direction of government function transformation.The third plenary session of the 18 through"the central committee of the communist party of China on comprehensively deepen reform certain major issue decision" put forward:"must change government function,we need to deepen the reform of administrative system,innovative management style,enhance the government credibility and execution,the construction of the rule of law government and service-oriented government." This has pointed out the direction of strengthening public service capacity building and solving service capacity problems in various levels of government departments in our country and raised high demands.Orgnaization of social insurance agency in our country is building a service-oriented government line executive departments at the grass-roots level,organization's daily work to the most direct contact with the masses of the people,provide needed services to the people,the stand or fall of its service ability will directly reflect the ability of a service-oriented government.At the same time,the orgnaization of social insurance agency services for the broad masses of the people's vital interests is of great influence,social insurance is in the nature of "out",the importance of its service ability.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development of service capacity of social insurance agencies and their problems.In yangzhou city,jiangsu province as the research object,this paper from ginseng orgnaization of agency of the masses and the two aspects of staff,through interviews and questionnaires,to yangzhou city society insurance agency orgnaization and service capacity of the existing agencies set unreasonable,human resources demand pressure,office environment problems such as poor service,funds nervous lead to orgnaization of agency of grass-roots problems such as low service efficiency is not high,the public satisfaction in a series of feasible countermeasures and advice are put forward.Studies,this paper argues that orgnaization of social insurance agency ability construction of yangzhou do not pay enough attention to the problems mainly include the organization construction,system construction,public service quality is not high,and the causes of these problems are mainly institutional construction is not science,personnel quality,management of orgnaization of ability is low,service system and so on.In order to solve the above problems,improve the service ability of orgnaization of social insurance agency,yangzhou city,this paper argues that strengthening the construction of public service capacity of orgnaization of social insurance agency the countermeasures include:pinpoint the responsibilities and tasks of the orgnaization of social insurance agency,give full play to the role of orgnaization of agency of,rely on the top-level design rationalize orgnaization of agency of orgnaization of agency of management systems and mechanisms,integration of resources to optimize the orgnaization of business process,strengthening the construction of talent promotion orgnaization of agency of personnel troop overall quality,improve the level of standardization of orgnaization of agency of information platform construction,etc.On this basis,this paper proposes more detailed policy recommendations.
