Research On Development Strategy For Hebei Jiahai Auction Corporation Ltd

After 30 years of development,China's auction industry is becoming mature.However,with the change of the economic form and the adjustment of the industry,the challenges and pressures faced by the auction companies are becoming more and more serious.It is urgent to find a suitable development strategy for these companies.This paper takes Hebei Jia Hai Corporation Ltd as the object of study.From the angle of enterprise strategic management,it firstly analyzes the external and internal environment of the enterprise.The influence of political and legal environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment are analyzed by means of PEST analysis tools.The bargaining power of buyers and the competition between the similar companies,the threat of new entrants,the threat of substitutes,the bargaining power of suppliers is analyzed by Potter five force model,and a comprehensive analysis is conducted on opportunities and threats from the external environment.Through the External Factor Evaluation Matrix,the conclusion that the opportunities outweigh the threats is got.By analyzing the internal environment,including organizational structure,operation management,human resources and so on,the paper clear the advantages and disadvantages of the company.With the Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix,it gets the conclusion that the advantages and disadvantages are approximately flat.Then,SWOT analysis matrix is used to determine the growth strategy,which is the strategic choice for Hebei Jia Hai Auction Co.,Ltd.and formulate intensive development strategy,integrated development strategy and diversification development strategy.At the same time,for the effective implementation,aiming at the possible problems,this paper puts forward the measures from internal management,personnel,information technology,environmental assessment and other aspects.
