Study On Formation Mechanism And Evaluationof Airline Core Competitiveness

The domestic airlines Core competitiveness generally weak,As the worldwide "aviation market deregulation" and "opening sky" process in-depth,airline companies will face greater competitive pressure, Air passenger transportation is imperative to enhance the core competence of enterprises, otherwise can only be eliminated.Based on above background, this article determines the "Study on Formation Mechanism and Evaluation Of Domestic Airline Core Competence" as the subject. The main purpose is to reveal aviation passenger Enterprise core competence formation mechanism, inquiry core competence key effects factors, set up index system and evaluation method which meet domestic aviation passenger enterprise features.Combining theory and fact research technique, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, this paper explored the following content:Firstly,this paper analyzed the relevant research results about enterprise core competence by comprehensively using literature research and inductive、 deductive method;Then combining the characteristics of air passenger transportation and enterprise’s core competence, this paper defined the essence and characteristics of air passenger transportation enterprise’s core competence.;Secondly, this paper summarized analysis the influence factors and the corresponding variables of air passenger transportation enterprise’s core competence.Then combining structural equation theory,the corresponding model which reveals air enterprise’s core competence formation mechanism was set up;Finally, synthesizing above research results, applying relevant theory and methods, this paper constructed evaluation index system and model of core competence; And by empirically analyzing the level of "Air China" core competence, the feasibility of evaluation indexes and methods was demonstrated. Simultaneously, ways of improving the level of air passenger transportation enterprise’s core competence was suggested.The realization of the research purpose is beneficial in theory and practice:on the one hand, it can enrich and improve enterprise core competence theory, making it more scientific and full, more effectively in guiding practical work. The other hand, it has a certain degree of significance for air enterprises to grasp and position core competence focus; And it provides theoretical support for air passenger enterprises and other relevant sectors to make better respond to external competition and develop passenger air service Strategic policies sustainably.
