Research On Process Optimization Of W Company Purchasing Management

Purchaseing management play a key role in business management.Poor purchasing control would lead to too much or too little inventory,which could cause occupation of funds or destroy customer experience.Hence,how to improve purchasing management and optimizing process become vital subject.Based on the present situation of W company purchasing management,I in-depth studied corporate questions about purchasing management with the help of benchmarking management.Firstly,I collected real data to analysis current situation of purchasing management process through research and interviews.Secondly,I intensive research purchasing management process from macro level to the micro level by the methods of benchmarking management.Then,I applied C&E Matrix and FMEA to analysis process to find out the problems of supplier management,classification of goods,promotion process.Furthermore,some reasonable suggestions for improving management were given and carried out.Finally,I made assessment of the effect after doing a full FMEA again and analysis result indicates that improvement suggestions are effective.The thesis advances enhancing supplier and commodity management capability and increasing related process efficiency through perfecting management mechanism.ITO of W company grows from 11.4 to 18.2 through implementation of benchmarking.W company fulfills upon purchasing management ability promotion and reducing procurement costs.
