Research On The Application Of Public-Private Partnerships Model In Public Hospital In China

With the rising standard of living of the people,the supply of medical services is in short supply,and the govenment's emphasis on medical treatment and public health continues to increase.However,due to the relative lack of government revenue,it is not yet able to establish public hospitals in various places in the short term.To change this dilemma,the government introduced a series of policies to encourage social capital to enter the health care industry through the PPP model.However,due to factors such as the unique nature of the hospital and the implementation steps of PPP that have not yet become operational,a series of related issues in the process of launching the PPP model in public hospitals have not yet reached a conclusion.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background,research significance,research content and research ideas of PPP model in public hospitals.Secondly,this thesis analysis of the current domestic and foreign research results?PPP model of the basic theory?public product theory and public choice theory.Then this thesis combs out the existing problems in the development of public hospitals,the necessity and feasibility of advancing the PPP model in public hospitals,and the key obstacles and problems that need to be solved in the process of implementation.Based on the experience of the development of domestic and foreign hospitals PPP model,this thesis presents two kinds of hospital PPP schemes with the government-related policies as the basis:"the dominant mode of social capital"and" the dominant mode of public hospital".Through the evolutionary game theory,the index system is set up,the model is established,the equilibrium point and the evolution path of the game are analyzed,the conclusion is drawn that "the dominant mode of public hospital" is more suitable for the current development of our country.However,if the maturity related core health care operations of social capital increasing,the "dominant mode of social capital" will become the mainstream.Then,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions about the operation process from the previous work,construction,operation to handover?key factors and related safeguard measures.Finally,this thesis summarizes the conclusions of the study and points out the deficiencies and future research prospects of the paper.
