Research On Technological Innovation Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors Of High Tech Enterprises In China

High technology is the main direction of the future development of technology.High technology is the world's various countries in the technical and economic needs of the occupation of the strategic high ground.High and new technology plays an important role in promoting the development of science and technology.At the same time,high and new technology can also promote the optimization and reform of the world industrial structure,and further promote the improvement of productivity.High tech enterprise is an important carrier of technological innovation and it plays an important role in promoting technological progress,industrial reform and improving labor productivity.Technology innovation is an important guarantee for the survival and development of China's high-tech enterprises,but because of some enterprises in the process of technological innovation is not the rational allocation and utilization of resources for innovation,the technology innovation efficiency is low,resulting in not obtaining the expected results and innovation output.First of all,the concept of high-tech and high-tech enterprises are defined,and the corresponding characteristics are analyzed.This paper defines the connotation of technology innovation and technology innovation efficiency,and gives the evaluation method of technology innovation efficiency.Secondly,this paper designs the principles of evaluation index system.At the same time,on the basis of drawing lessons from the existing research results,this paper constructs the primary index system of technological innovation efficiency evaluation of high-tech enterprises in China from the point of view of input and output;In this paper,the primary evaluation index system is screened by GEM method,and the evaluation index system of technological innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises is constructed.Thirdly,according to the relevant data of the high-tech industry statistical yearbook(2011-2016),the DEA method is used to measure the efficiency of technological innovation of the five representative industries of the high-tech enterprises.the paper analyzes the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of technological innovation of high-tech enterprises.Then,based on the analysis of the existing literature,this paper puts forward 8 theoretical assumptions,using the Tobit model,according to the high-tech industry statistical yearbook(2011-2016)panel data,to verify the theoretical assumptions.The results show that the 6 hypothesis is tested,the 2 hypothesis is not tested,.And analyze the hypotheses that have not been tested.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of technological innovation of China's high-tech enterprises from the aspects of the investment of resources,the development of large enterprises,the introduction of technology and the export of products,and the reform of the system.
