Research About Restoration Of Supply Chain Disruption

ABSTRACT:The market competition is increasingly fierce, the supply chain competition became the mainstay of market competition. The cases of the supply chain disruption caused by natural disasters, terrorist attacks, political instability and other kinds of accidents, made people begin to pay more and more attention to the supply chain disruption management. How to response to the supply chain disruption, how to repair the supply chain, which repair measures should be taken by the enterprises on different links of supply chain, all these questions are concerned by the supply chain members of the enterprise.This paper firstly summarizes the theory research about supply chain disruption and restrictions; and analyses the disruption of the supply chain from resources, classification, affections and the response of the enterprise to disruption; then introduces a commonly tool the enterprise used to deal with disruption-Business continuity plan. Based on these, this paper designs the process of the restoration of supply chain disruption, and introduces the disruption degree to describe disruption state. This paper also summarizes the available measures to repair disruption, building and maintaining a repair measures database is helpful to the enterprises to response to the disruption. Based on Markov decision process, this paper established a dynamic optimization model of the supply chain restoration, and present the Iterative strategy and the equation; combined with the repair process, the available measures and the dynamic optimization model, the writer descript the overall restoration of the supply chain after disruption. Finally, this paper introduces the prediction and preventive measures of the supply chain disruption, and suggests the enterprises on the supply chain should respond to disruption together by using relevant coordination.Based on summarizes and analyzes of the existing theories and research, this paper do a deeply study on the restoration of the supply chain disruption, improved the supply chain disruption management theory. This study is a good theoretical and practical guidance to the enterprises on supply chain to response to the disruption. This paper includes7figures,3tables,71references.
