In recent years, global economic growth weak.Chinese ?One Belt and One Road ?initiative will benefit the country along the ?One Belt and One Road ? and even the world, and provide new impetus to global economic growth.Central and Eastern Europe as the one key point part of ?One Belt and One Road ?,Cooperation between Chinese enterprises and central and Eastern Europe will promote economic growth in C hina and central and Eastern Europe, realizing the complementation of capacity and rational utilization of mineral resources.Central and Eastern Europe is the gateway for Asia and CIS countries to enter Europe, and is the tie between Europe and Asia, and is one of the most important trade centers in Europe, also is the bridge of C hina's entry into the EU market,It has an extremely important geo strategic significance.Central and Eastern Europe is not large, but it is rich in mineral resources.Reserves of Poland's copper, lead, zinc, silver, coal,Romania's oil and natural gas,Serbia's lithium and Albania's chromium are among the highest in the world, these minerals are the dominant minerals in central and Eastern Europe, have great potential for development. The supply of crude steel, crude aluminum, petroleum and natural gas in central and Eastern Europe is insufficient and needs large imports, the refined copper and coal supply is sufficient and export some. The political and public security in central and Eastern Europe are well. Most countries indicate that foreign investment enjoys the same treatment as domestic enterprises,in addition, with abundant mineral resources,it has attracted many countries such as Canada,Australia, the United States and C hina to invest and cooperate in central and Eastern Europe. In recent years, economic development in central and Eastern Europe is on the rise, the demand for crude steel, refined copper, raw aluminium, coal, oil and natural gas is on the rise, the demand for cooperation is increasing. In the future, the mining industry and related industries in central and Eastern Europe have great potential for development and more opportunities for cooperation. This article starts from four modules: geo strategic significance, mineral resource endowment, mining supply and demand pattern, and mining investment environment, and the results of evaluation based on the eigenvalue analysis method, comprehensive analysis of mining investment potential in eastern and Eastern Europe. After analysis, the central and Eastern European mining preferred investment destination is Poland.Romania and Serbia are the countries with good investment in mining industry. The remaining 13 countries in central and Eastern Europe are mining investment destinations. There is no prudent investment destination in central and Eastern Europe. It is suggested that C hina's mining industry and related enterprises invest in central and Eastern Europe with Poland copper mining development and smelting cooperation,Coal development and coal gas cooperation,Romania's O il and gas development cooperation,Serbia's lithium mineral development cooperation as main.Actively seeking related investment opportunities. In addition,a number of countries in central and Eastern Europe p lan to develop infrastructure,C hina should give full play to its technical advantages, focus on related informations.
