21 century is a global economic develop period.According to the situation of more and more economic events happening in the world,more and more business happening between different country and districts,the global companies cooperation makes global economic much closer.During the global development,one of the most important topic is the human resource localization.But most of the global companies are still stay at the very beginning stage—only the normal workers are localized,but not start or only start very little for management lever.In this thesis,we will use a German company W Group as an example to study human recourse localization project.This thesis including some former research,and use cross-culture theory,international human resource development theory,valve chain theory,by deeply study the host country environment,and study in the Yangtze River Delta for example Suzhou,plus research in German W company,point out some possible problems during human resource localization,for example: lack of local skillful staff,culture conflict,high turnover rate of local staff.Meanwhile,here also focus on the feasibility study of localization of W company: cost down of company,how to fit local culture environment,potential risk of the using foreign staff,how global vision helps localization,etc.According to the analyzation,set up target and plan for W company: keep local staff,reduce foreign staff,build sharing company culture.And take some actions like recruiting loyal staff,give them training and development space,in order to solid the localization effect.Human resource localization becomes the important foundation of the most of international foreign company in Chinese market.This thesis will systematically analyze W company human resource localization strategy,I hope it will give a valuable suggestion to those foreign international companies who want to run human resource localization strategy in China.
