The Study On Heritage Irrigation Structure And Planning Combined With Agruculture And Tourism At Lougang Irrigation And Drainage System Of Taihu Lake

Taihu Lougang heritage irrigation structure is a systematic irrigation project integrating water conservancy,ecology and culture.It represents the wisdom of the laboring people in ancient Taihu utilizing and transforming the nature.It is also an important regional tourism resource along Taihu Lake basin.In November of 2016,Taihu Lougang was successfully included in the list of world irrigation project heritage,thus presenting a great development opportunity for the protection and utilization of Taihu Lougang.With the fast development of agricultural tourism in modern China,exploiting Taihu Lougang's heritage resources by means of agricultural tourism has become an active exploration for protecting and inheriting the Lougang heritage.However,there is still an urgent problem of how to scientifically utilize the agricultural tourism to protect and develop Lougang heritage.This paper is devoted to deeply discussing the history,essence,value,protection and utilization of the heritage of Taihu Lougang.Based on the features of the heritage resource of Taihu Lougang and the modern agricultural tourism,this paper makes a plan and preliminary discussion about the protection and utilization of the heritage resources of Lougang.1.Focusing on the heritage resources of Taihu Lougang,this paper discusses the historical development,composition and value of Lougang.It systematically summarizes that Lougang heritage mainly comprises Taihu dike,pond,low-lying paddy field and other relevant parts.It is of great value in terms of science,tourism,culture and ecology,providing basis for the utilization and protection of Lougang heritage.2.By researching the history,culture,composition and planning of Taihu Lougang,this paper puts forward the concrete policies and regulations from the ecological corridor control and Lougang system control of two control measures.The specific strategies for utilization and protection of Lougang irrigation and drainage system of Taihu Lake are also explored.The strategies include making the reinforcement and repair plan for Lougang from point and line to plane,forming the heritage archive,conducting the heritage survey and information management,building the management system and professional talent team for Lougang heritage,developing the cultural tourism in Lougang,exploring the essence and value of Lougang culture and building a cultural as well as recreational brand for Lougang.3.Based on the current situation of Lougang and the development need for modern agriculture,this paper carried out the planning study on the agricultural resources in Lougang irrigation area.Six measures for the agricultural tourism exploration of Lougang heritage are put forward.The measures include improving the overall architecture image,developing the distinctive water tourism,enhancing the agricultural landscape of low-lying paddy field,creating the eco-industry service chain,enriching the essence of life as well as culture and improving the tourism facilities.Hence,the inheritance and utilization of Lougang heritage can be realized.The research achievements are expected to provide external impetus to the protection of Lougang heritage,the expansion of the channels for protectingLougang heritage and the exploration as well as demonstration for the development approach combined with Lougang heritage and agricultural tourism.
