Research On The Influence Of Regional Innovation Environment On Innovation Performance In The Changjiang Economic Belt

In the modern era,technological innovation is the first impetus to the rapid development of a region,and innovation performance can directly reflect the strength of technological innovation ability in a region.Therefore,the research and analysis on innovation performance can enhance the understanding of a region's technological innovation capability and understanding.However,good innovation performance is not only related to the innovation capability of various innovation entities(enterprises,institutions of higher learning and research institutes)in the region,but also to whether the region has a good environment for innovation.By studying the impact of five factors on innovation performance in Yangtze River economic zone,this paper analyzes in depth how the environmental factors in five aspects act on innovation performance,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the research results.Of the government in the relevant policy making provide some reference.Based on the above considerations,this paper first reviews the research on regional innovation environment and innovation performance,and then studies the impact of regional innovation environment on innovation performance.Based on this,it constructs an index system to measure regional innovation performance,Entropy method was used to estimate the regional innovation performance of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt from 2006 to 2015,and evaluated from both horizontal and vertical perspectives respectively.Through the horizontal comparison,the gap between provincial and municipal innovation performance levels in different provinces was analyzed.Through vertical comparison,the trend of innovation performance in 11 provinces and municipalities along the Yangtze River economic belt was analyzed.Then the mechanism of innovation environment on regional innovation performance is discussed from the three modes of conduction mechanism,dynamic mechanism and security mechanism respectively.The five aspects of innovation environment(infrastructure environment,market environment,laborer quality,financial environment,Entrepreneurial level)on how the regional innovation performance impact and the role of channels and effects,and put forward the corresponding research hypothesis.Finally,based on the data of regional innovation performance and regional innovation environment of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt from 2006 to 2015,the paper uses the fixed effect model to regress,and concludes that the environmental factors in the five aspects of the Yangtze River economic zone are different from the innovation performance What kind of effect has been produced and the role of the size,so that according to the results of the proposed measures to improve.Through the research,we find that:from a horizontal perspective,the innovation performance in all regions of the Yangtze River economic belt shows the pattern of"high in the east and low in the west",and the innovation performance in the upper reaches of the economic zone is much higher than that in the middle and lower reaches.From a longitudinal perspective,except for Shanghai and Guizhou provinces and cities,the regional inovation performance indices of the remaining provinces and municipalities have increased to varying degrees,and regional innovation performance in all provinces and municipalities has risen.From the regression analysis of the regional innovation environment and innovation performance in the Yangtze River economic zone,the infrastructure,market environment,workers'quality and entrepreneurial level have significant positive effects on innovation performance,while the financial environment has a positive effect on regional innovation performance,But not significant.The level of entrepreneurship and the promotion of the quality of laborers play the most important role in the market environment,followed by the infrastructure environment,while the promotion of the financial environment is less.Therefore,in order to enhance the regional innovation capability,the Yangtze River economic zone must create a good environment for innovation.It is necessary to actively strengthen infrastructure construction while paying attention to the regional balance of construction.To transform the current economic growth model and actively cultivate market demand for innovation,Large government investment in education efforts to cultivate innovative high-quality personnel;speed up the development of real economy and broaden the financing channels for scientific and technological innovation;improve the service system of entrepreneurship,cultivate high-tech industries;to promote cooperation in production,learning and research,build a joint alliance of innovation.
