Logistics is called the third profit source.It is an important part of the company’s supply chain.Lean production is a production management system pioneered by Toyota Motor Corporation to improve its production efficiency and reduce production waste.This article takes the DB Group logistics project as an example,hoping to study the application of lean production system in the logistics industry deeply to try to find methods to improve the service performance of this project,reduce project costs,and enhance customer satisfaction.Through consulting a large number of books and online literature,and combining the author’s actual work in the DB Group,the article uses the finding problem-analysis problem-solving problem research method to finish the research.This article is consisted of three parts.In the first part,it introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the article.Then it introduces the concept and theory of logistics and lean production.Afterwards,it comprehensively analyzed the current status and problems of DB Group’s warehouse logistics.Based on these issues,the second part combines the concepts of lean production,and explores a series of optimization solutions from warehouse operation management,warehouse team management,warehouse system management,and transportation system management.Among them,the focus is on the details of daily operation for warehouse operation and maintenance,the optimization of the warehouse management system,and the monitoring and control points of the transportation management system,as well as the steps and effects of the implementation of the program.In order to achieve sustainable and efficient operation of the project,reduce waste,reduce costs and achieve the purpose of sustainable development of DB Group.The third part focuses on the summary,shortcomings and prospects of the paper. |
