Research On Construction Project Bidding Process Management Optimization

Since 1980,China began to bid for the project,and the bidding system has been developed in the country for more than 30 years.It’s very common for the construction projects to use the bidding methods to select the construction unit.Bidding plays an important role in the implementation phase of the construction project.The quality of the project bidding determines the quality of the construction project,delivery time and cost.Tender and bidder have different goals,but in the construction project bidding process,there are management optimization space.How to optimize the bidding process under the the existing constraints,to enhance the survival and development of enterprises is a realistic research topic.This paper takes Z Company as the research object.Z company is a set of real estate development companies,decoration companies,construction contracting companies,building materials companies and other industries.The paper chooses Z company as the research object,and takes two aspects of construction project bidding respectively.The problems in process management are analyzed respectively,and the relevant theoretical knowledge of project management is used to solve the existing problems and then give the corresponding improvement of the bidding process management.The optimization research aims to improve the process management in the construction project bidding of the Z company.There is a certain reference value for the tenders and the bidder s to do the biddng process management.
