Since the post-reform in China, agricultural productivity has been greatly increased, which essentially drives more and more surplus labour force in rural areas migrate to urban. Especially since the late 1980s, the process of this migration has been accelerated rapidly and directly promote economic growth, which not only as the main motivation to the all reform of the society and economic, but also be the important factors of economic structure transfer. The transfer of rural labor has its own historical and geographical features. For the unique context and the specific historical stage of the transfer of rural laborers in China, bear a unique brand. Based on China's specific national conditions and specific socio-economic environment, this study is to do a positive exploration, not only of great theoretical significance, but also has important practical significance.The transfer of rural labor is a major long-term and complicated task. Starting from the transfer population of rural labor, with industrial restructuring, the study has made a comprehensive and systematic analysis to the impact on economic growth from the transfer of rural labor force. The aim is to explore the path and impact of the transfer of rural labor force playing the role in economic growth. So large-scale transfer of rural surplus labor force will make China's economy maintain a healthy, sustained and stable growth of the lasting power.First, the article starting from the transfer population of the rural labor force, has made a calculation of the labor number shifting from agriculture to secondary and tertiary industries. At the same time, analysising the dynamic trend of the number, and combining to the actual facts to the corresponding explanation. Then, based on the internal mechanism theory of the transfer of rural labor force and economic growth, the study calculate the results of the transfer of rural labor force impacting on economic growth, describe the general trend of distribution of its contribution to economic growth over the years, and reveal workforce resources to the configuration process on the structure of China's economic situation and trends of change.Next, the study is to do more comprehensive in-depth analysis of the effcet on the transfer of rural labor force for economic growth (the transfer of economic effect), including the interrelationship between it and the transfer of its population number, movements in its own, the impact from its internal structure including labor structure and industrial structure, regional differences. All is with a view how to maximize this effect. Finally, in accordance with the above theoretical and empirical analysis, the article sum up in line with China's national conditions and put forward the constructive policy recommendations.
