The state has officially listed the construction of a smart grid as the main goal of national construction.This move will increase the "building an intelligent grid" from the corporate goals of the State Grid to the height of the national strategy.Digital power grid construction must not only take into account the traditional power grid business,but also consider the life-cycle digital application of design-construction-operation and maintenance,which has great impact and challenges on traditional services.Therefore,project management and risk management are increasingly important.From the start of the project,the implementation of the project to the end of the project,project risk management along with the entire project process,through scientific management,can effectively reduce the project unfavorable factors to ensure the smooth progress of the project.First of all,the paper expounds the basic theory of project management,and analyses the theory and method of project risk management,Based on this theory,it takes the risk management of the digital power grid engineering construction project of Zhejiang company as the research object,and carries out the risk of the project.The whole process management shows that the risk management level of the digital power grid engineering construction project of the Zhejiang company has been improved to some extent by comparing the risk response period and the indicators such as construction period and pass rate.Combining with the actual situation of the digital power grid construction project of Zhejiang Corporation,a risk management system was established,including four parts:business risk management,organizational risk management,management risk management,and technology risk management.For the identified risk points,qualitative and quantitative analysis is conducted to obtain the degree of impact of different risks on project implementation.Risk identification,risk assessment,and risk response processing are performed for each management part of the system.Research shows that the essence of risk management is to identify risks in the process of project implementation,analyze and evaluate these risks,determine the probability of different risks and the impact on the size of the project,and then formulate countermeasures to reduce the loss of risks to the project..The paper focuses on the combination of theory and practice,explores and studies the risk management of the Zhejiang company's digital power grid engineering construction project,and has certain guidance and reference significance for the overall risk control of the project.
