A Study On The Selection Of Distribution Mode Of The Meituan Takeout

Since the beginning of the online ordering in 2010,the proportion of the takeout in the catering industry has gradually increased.With the rapid development of "Internet +",the 020 platforms have appeared one after another,and the takeout has become a new force for the catering industry.With the intensification of competition in the industry,the core competitiveness of the 020 platform has changed to "forming industrial closed loop,relying on good distribution service and improving the user experience".This shows the importance of the competition in the logistics distribution platform.Therefore,the 020 platform of the foreign sale selects the self built Logistics distribution system to improve the distribution service level However,the self built logistics distribution system has raised the service level and brought the high cost of distribution."With the emergence of the concept of public package in the field of logistics in recent years,a relatively low cost model has been developed in the field of delivery and distribution,thus forming the development situation of the coexistence of professional distribution and distribution of various packages.The level of professional distribution service is high,the cost of distribution is high,the level of public delivery service is relatively low,and the cost is relatively low.Therefore,in the distribution system with the coexistence of professional distribution and public package distribution,how to choose the distribution mode reasonably so as to reduce the distribution cost at the same time and reduce the distribution cost to become the problems that need to be solved urgently in the process of development for the takeout 020 platform.In this paper,we take the Meituan takeout as the research object,first by describing the current distribution status,distribution mode and existing problems of the Meituan takeout,and analyzing its problems,and finally through the establishment of the distribution service level and distribution cost as the objective function,the proportion of professional distribution orders and the distribution efficiency as the decision variables.The multi-objective function model,through the MATLAB calculation and analysis of the relationship between the change of the target variable and the decision variables,finally determines the optimal proportion of the professional distribution order of the Meituan takeout and provides the decision support for the selection of distribution mode of the Meituan takeout.
