Optimization Of MT Takeaway Distribution System

With the development of the Internet and 020 industry,takeout has become an indispensable part of the urban community.Nowadays,the competition focus of the takeout platform is from the competition of takeout user subsidy competition and takeout price competition to the competition to improve the quality of distribution and distribution efficiency,and the support of distribution system is the key.The takeout distribution system of self-built platform and platform franchisee distribution has become the main component of the takeout distribution system of the current takeout platform.The core issues to be solved are distribution cost,distribution service and market expansion.On the basis of sorting out related literatures at domestic and foreign,based on the theory of distribution and the actual situation of MT takeout,we will deeply understand the development history of MT takeout,organizational structure,takeout distribution mode and distribution cost composition,and analysis the core advantages of MT takeout and development disadvantages.Through the in-depth analysis of the current situation of MT takeout distribution,from the perspective of cost and market,we found two problems in the MT takeout:MT takeout has higher distribution costs and weak market development.In view of the two problems of MT takeout,two targeted solutions are proposed:one is to design the MT takeout group mode for large-scale distribution to reduce the distribution cost;the other is to design the takeout distribution agent model to expand the four-five line Cities,rapidly expanding the market size of takeout and distribution.Using the designed scheme,a takeout group model and a takeout distribution agent model pilot were conducted to verify the feasibility of the designed solution.Analysis of the pilot operation data,the results prove the success of the two new models,namely,the group mode and the agent mode to achieve the goal of MT outsourcing distribution system optimization.
