| In recent years,the elderly population in our country is not only aging,but the phenomenon of aging has also become increasingly apparent.This has led to an increase in the number of elderly people who are disabled,making the burden of care for the elderly in society and families increasingly aggravated.The research centered on countries that have established long-term care insurance systems,such as Japan,Germany,the Netherlands,and South Korea,and conducted in-depth analysis through the "majority laws" of the long-term care insurance system and the "mutual benefit-sharing" approach of mutual assistance.The research method adopts literature data and comparative analysis methods.The data data used in the paper are mainly aimed at the treatment benefits of the above-mentioned four countries’ long-term care insurance systems,such as the comparison of payment targets,beneficiary qualifications,payment methods,and payment service items.It also incorporates the status quo of long-term care development in some of China’s domestic pilot cities,and puts forward the path choice for implementing a long-term care insurance system in China.Research has closely focused on the treatment of the long-term care insurance system in China.It has proposed a pay-as-you-go system that is an effective choice.Research has made post-pay as a way to pay for treatment,and the method used is to use means of rating seniors.For the long-term care beneficiaries,they firstly conducted grade assessments,and discussed how to rationally formulate treatment benefits and payment methods,and formulate differentiated treatment payment standards.Maximize the effectiveness of long-term care insurance funds and ensure that the elderly receive timely and convenient care services.The conclusion of the study is: in the way of payment,on the basis of encouraging the selection of benefits in kind,a combination of multiple methods can be used;in the payment project,it is necessary to standardize institutional care services,give priority to the development of community home care services,and then clearly define the service The relationship between supply and insurance cost payments,the relationship between health care services and life care services,and the relationship between short-term care and long-term care.The study believes that reasonable treatment benefits standards are conducive to the effective allocation and rational use of medical care resources,so that the long-term care insurance system can be sustained. |
