Research On The Impact Of Tacit Knowledge Sharing On The Agglomeration Of Creative Industries From The Perspective Of Sharing Economy

In the "13th Five-Year Plan" proposal and the "Nineteenth Congress","sharing economy" was proposed.As the "new economy" and "new business" form under the Internet,"sharing economy" is changing the traditional economic model.Knowledge sharing,as a form of sharing economy,matches the idle knowledge and demand efficiently and on-demand.It is the "de-stocking" of knowledge resources,which provides impetus for the innovation of industrial agglomeration and cooperation.Research on the sharing of tacit knowledge under the perspective of sharing economy is not only a new extension of the research on the knowledge overflow of industrial clusters,but also the re-promotion of the connotation of supply-side reform.The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of tacit knowledge sharing on the agglomeration of creative industries through an empirical way.At the same time,we think that absorptive capacity can help enterprises to improve their innovative ability and innovation performance,and that new knowledge generated by innovation can also become a part of the enterprise's absorptive capacity.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to analyze the role of absorptive capacity in the sharing of tacit knowledge and creative industries.By analyzing employee's knowledge sharing behavior,the article concludes the constituent dimensions of tacit knowledge sharing.Once again,domestic and foreign scholars who contributed to the measure of tacit knowledge sharing and their views were sorted out to collect indicators to measure the degree of tacit knowledge sharing.Through these two steps,we developed an interaction between individuals,shared informal team,and organized the formal exchange of tacit knowledge-sharing scales of the three measurement dimensions.In the meantime,by sorting out the scholars and their opinions both at home and abroad who have made contributions to absorptive capacity,we collect indicators that measure the absorptive capacity and develop the ability to measure employees' formal and informal access to knowledge in four dimensions: acquiring knowledge,Digest knowledge,transform knowledge,use knowledge.On this basis,the data of this study were obtained by means of questionnaire survey and Statistical Yearbook.We develop tacit knowledge sharing,the questionnaire of two scale of absorptive capacity,through the investigation sampling of the official staff and enterprise management personnel of the creative park in Chongqing,such as Shapingba Cultural Industrial Park,Yuzhong District e-commerce industrial Park,Yubei DistrictAirport New Town Creative Park,University City Cultural Creative Industrial Park,and obtained the survey data,And the sample data are analyzed and processed.In the measurement of the concentration of creative industry,by reading the literature at home and abroad,and taking into account the availability of data,the article is based on the following aspects: to build and perfect the index system of the creative industry agglomeration,basing on the industrial capital,taking the human capital as the core,taking the social capitals as the platform and the industrial industry as the prerequisite,12 indexes were selected to measure the agglomeration degree.The research shows that tacit knowledge sharing is positively correlated with creative industry agglomeration,and absorptive capacity plays an important mediating role in the influence of tacit knowledge sharing on creative industry agglomeration.The result is that tacit knowledge sharing has a clear three-dimensional structure,that is,individual interaction,informal team sharing,formal communication,and three dimensions have significant positive impact on creative industry agglomeration.It shows that all employees share tacit knowledge through both formal and informal networks.At the same time its sharing positive and profoundly affect the absorptive capacity.In the final relational model,The standardized path of tacit knowledge sharing to absorptive capacity reaches 0.96,the important energy source of knowledge absorbing ability is the accumulation of knowledge,the accumulation of knowledge by forming the influence of absorptive capacity,and the tacit knowledge sharing of its absorptive ability,the key can guarantee the source quantity provides a method,through the diversity of tacit knowledge sharing of knowledge.Finally,the path analysis shows that absorptive capacity has a significant impact on the concentration of creative industries.The test result of intermediary action shows that absorptive capacity plays an intermediary role in the relationship between tacit knowledge sharing and creative industry agglomeration,in other words,tacit knowledge sharing can influence creative industry agglomeration,besides directly influence the agglomeration of creativity industries.
