| China is a major producer and consumer of dairy products in the world.Dairy products are important nutrients and their quality and safety are related to people health.However,the problem of the quality and safety of dairy products in China needs to be further addressed and the hidden dangers of quality and safety of dairy products such as exceeding toxic and hazardous residues remain,which not only affect the health of consumers,but also seriously restrict the healthy development of China's dairy industry.How to deal with the quality and safety of dairy products has become the focus of public attention,which needs to be solved urgently.It is an effective way to solve the problem of quality and safety of dairy products in China to implement the supply chain management and build the dairy supply chain with dairy farmers.Dairy processing enterprises,as the core enterprises in the dairy supply chain,supervise the upstream dairy farming and the downstream dairy sales of the dairy supply chain in addition to processing dairy products namely the implementation in advance,matter and afterwards quality control behavior and coordinate the operation of the entire supply chain.Its total quality control is the fundamental measure to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of the dairy supply chain and to ensure the quality and safety of the dairy products.Therefore,on the basis of literature review,field research,this article takes all main behaviors related to the quality and safety of dairy products as the research object,and aims to improve the quality control behavior of the core enterprises in the dairy product supply chain,and comprehensively uses supply chain management,statistical analysis,quantitative analysis and other methods,focusing on the concept of basic theory,descriptive analysis,measurement analysis,mechanism analysis and countermeasures and other aspects of the five aspects of empirical research dairy product supply chain core company's quality control behavior.The quality control behaviors of core enterprises in the dairy supply chain include three aspects: prior quality control behavior,quality control behavior during the event,and post-event quality control behavior.Among them,prior quality control behaviors include good manufacturing practices,partner selection behavior,and input product quality.Quality control behavior includes four sub-behavior of cooperation service behavior,monitoring and prevention,production environment maintenance and production file construction behavior;post-event quality control behavior includes deviation identification and correction behavior and responsibility commitment behavior.Based on the questionnaire data of 421 core enterprises in 10 provinces,the paper focuseson the analysis of the cognition and behavior status of the quality control of dairy processing enterprises in from three aspects: before,during and after.The research shows that the surveyed enterprises have a high level of cognition on the quality control in advance and the quality control(cooperation service and production environment maintenance)in some things,and they have good behaviors in the formulation of good production norms and the maintenance of the production environment.However,Selection,acceptance of raw milk,control of the content of the grasp,the construction of production files and responsible for such acts of conduct is not scientific,standardized and comprehensive.Based on 421 survey data,the multivariate ordered Logit model and ISM model was used to determine the influencing factors of the implementation of the total quality control behavior of the dairy processing enterprises,and the relationship and hierarchical structure between the influencing factors.The results show that there are eight factors such as the scale of enterprises,the status of production and sales contracts,the degree of education of decision makers,the importance cognition of partner,the importance cognition of cooperation service and the importance cognition of production archives,behavioral attitudes and government support have significant impact on the willingness to implement the overall quality control behavior of dairy processing enterprises.Among them,the status of production and sales contracts,behavioral attitude and government support are direct factors on the surface;the importance cognition of partner,the importance cognition of cooperation service and the importance cognition of production archives are intermediate indirect factors;the scale of enterprises and the degree of education are deep root factors.On the basis of empirical research,this paper elaborates the formation mechanism of the quality control behavior of the core enterprises in the dairy supply chain.The mechanism includes motivation mechanism,promotion mechanism,supervision mechanism,and evolution mechanism,which jointly control the generation,development,and improvement of quality control behavior.And build a game model between the core enterprise and the government supervision department,and deeply study the evolution process of the core enterprise quality control behavior.Research shows that the motives of increasing income and improving the quality of dairy products promote the formation of quality control behaviors;changes in cognitive level,firm strength,risk appetite,and market competition promote the formation of quality control behavior;government supervision and market supervision guarantee quality control behavior Formation;the formation of core enterprise quality control behavior is a process of continuous evolution from disorder to order in interaction with government regulatory agencies,consumer awareness of quality and rights awareness,government penalties,quality milk and poor quality milk price difference,quality control The implementation cost will affect the evolution direction of the core enterprise quality control behavior.According to the results of the previous study,countermeasures is put forward from three aspects: core enterprises should improve information and technical conditions,strengthen learning,expand business scale,improve raw milk acceptance standards,improve monitoring content,standardize quality control behaviors,increase awareness of responsibility,and improve accountability;the government should step up publicity and education,supervision and support efforts;from the point of supply chain,it should strengthen the cooperation between upstream and downstream supply chain and build information sharing platform. |
