Coordinating The Behavior Of Dairy Supply Chain Subjects Based On Quality Safety

The confidence of consumer on the quality of Chinese dairy products has fallen to bottom and China's dairy industry taken a hard hit since the melamine incident in 2008. Until now, consumer confidence in the quality of domestic dairy products and safety is still in repair, and whether the quality safety of the dairy can be assured is not only a problem with universal concern of all the people, but also the emphasis and difficulty in the development of the dairy industry. After 10 years of rectification, the dairy quality and safety situation is generally stable positive at present in our country, but the situation is not optimistic. There are still risks in the safety of diary product's quality in every link of the supply chain. How to effectively guarantee the quality and safety of dairy products is an urgent problem for government, researchers and dairy supply chain. The quality safety of dairy products involves every link in the supply chain. The improvement of the quality safety of dairy products has been seriously restricted for the non-standard quality control behaviors of the participating subjects and the uncoordinated behavior relationship between the subjects. Therefore, it is necessary to study the quality and safety of dairy products based on supply chain coordination. However, the problem of coordination of quality behavior of dairy supply chain is a complex problem involving multiple subjects, multi-links and multiple constraints. It is of important theoretical and practical value that how to systematically analyze the causes of the quality safety of dairy products, how to reasonably design quality coordination mechanism of different links, coordinate the quality of each subject and ensure the quality and safety of dairy products. Based on this, this article choose dairy products supply chain coordination problem to research the quality of main body behavior, in order to coordinate the dairy supply chain quality between different main body behavior to provide the theoretical basis and method guidance. Based on this, the quality behavior coordination problem of dairy supply chain has been chosen as research object to provide theoretical basis and method guidance for coordinating the quality behaviors between different subjects of dairy supply chain.The research contents of this paper mainly include: (1) the quality and safety problems in our country has been attribution analyzed, and the problem of the quality safety of dairy products has been analyzed from shallow to deep, and the decision-making framework of the coordination of quality behavior of dairy supply chain in China has been put forward; (2) from the link of breeding -investment,the evolution game model of the transformation of the breeding mode of the dairy supply chain in the dairy supply chain under different mechanisms has been studied, the government subsidy quota for the coordination of quality of this link has been solved and verified based on the first-hand data; (3) from the link of production-test of fresh milk, The quality control model of the contract based on different quality loss under bilateral moral hazard has been studied, the optimal loss sharing coefficient to realize the quality behavior coordination of this link has been solved and the coordination effect of different contracts has been compared; (4) from the link of processing-consumption, the quality control model based on certification standard under unilateral moral hazard has been researched, the certification standard range of stimulating the milk industry and deliver information to consumers has been solved and verified based on the first-hand data; (5) finally, from the whole supply chain the dairy supply chain quality control model on the internal loss sharing contract in the absence of certification and the contract of sharing loss based on revenue sharing in the case of authentication has been studied respectively to solve the optimal loss sharing coefficient and the income distribution coefficient realizing the coordination of quality behavior of each link, and the results are verified and the coordination effect of different contracts is compared based on the research data.The results are as follows: (1) the quality safety of dairy products has been severely restricted for uncoordinated behavioral relationship between different parts of the dairy supply chain; (2) the quality behavior in the aquaculture - investment link of dairy supply chain can be more effectively coordinated by the subsidy system of the government; (3) both the external losses sharing contract and internal and external losses sharing contract can coordinate the quality behavior of the production of dairy supply chain through the corresponding share coefficient, but the external losses sharing contract is more conducive to protecting the income of upstream dairy farmers; (4) reasonable certification standards can coordinate the quality behavior of dairy products in the processing and consumption link of supply chain in a certain interval; (5) internal loss sharing contract can coordinate the overall quality behavior of the dairy supply chain without certification, and , the optimal income of upstream dairy farmers is generally lower than their retained earnings under the contract; (6) the revenue sharing loss sharing contract can coordinate the overall quality behavior of the dairy supply chain under the certification situation and the optimal income of upstream dairy farmers is generally higher than the retained earnings under the contract; (7) Compared with the internal loss sharing contract under non-certification situation, the benefit sharing loss shares the contract under certification situation is more incentive,more equity and more stable.The features and innovations of this paper are as follows: (1) from the perspective of inspection and quarantine, the behavioral relationship between different links of the supply chain and their subjects,the causes of the quality safety of dairy products are analyzed, and the decision-making framework of the coordination of quality behavior of dairy supply chain in China is put forward; (2) The evolution game model of the transformation of the breeding mode in the aquaculture - investment link of dairy supply chain has been constructed under different mechanism with limited rational dairy farmers and dairy enterprises as the decision-making body; (3) considering the quality and safety of dairy products and government supervision, whether the consumer see the authentication is introduced to judge the posterior probability of product quality level, the government quality inspection intensity and other variables, and the quality. control model based on the certification standard has been constructed in the link of processing - consumption of the supply chain from the angle of contract; (4) taking into account the quality and safety of dairy products, government supervision and profit distribution, variables such as the price premium that consumers are willing to pay for the certification products, the government quality inspection strength and the proportion of income distribution are introduced to construct quality control of dairy supply chain under authentication situation based on the revenue sharing loss contract.
